So i have a Felony Arrest on my record that i need to have somehow removed, well thats my story.

Try this (for Family Court):
http://courts.delaware.gov/how%20to/Expungements/

Now, please understand, this only removes certain records -- depsite what they say. Also, this will only remove the DELAWARE records, not the Fed stuff. And lastly, there are certain background checks (not for the carry permit, but various other background checks that you may encounter in your professional life) that you will still need to disclose the arrest -- despite the expungment.

Well on Sunday i took the first part of my ccw course with John Morgan, along with 2 other gentleman. It went great almost everything i had read before somewhere or mostly knew, there were just a few things that were put out in the open that helped.

I go to take the Range portion of the class this Sunday at Ommelanden at 10:00, i have never been there before but look forward to putting some rounds downrange.

After that it should be just a few weeks before i finally have my permit in my hands, then on to PA, and FL.
